Felicitation of Bright Students and Upliftment of Week Student 2021
An Institute-level idea competition on “Innovation, New Initiatives and Research“ was organized from 10-14 September by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering & G.L. Bajaj Center for Research and Incubation (GLBCRI). It was open for all the branches of B.Tech.
In this competition more than 150 teams participated and finally 4 teams won the Gold medals, 6 teams won Silver medals and 21 teams won the Bronze medals. The award ceremony of the competition was held in First year's Orientation Program on 22nd November 2021 in SHD Hall.

Felicitation of Bright Students and upliftment of week student
A true success of any institute is counted through the values and the thirst for knowledge it has been able to imbue in its students”. Felicitation ceremony was conducted on 28th september 2019 to honor the ones who bought laurels to the institute by achieving great in different genres of learning .The ceremony aimed to reward students who secured maximum aggregate during the session 2018-19 . Students were awarded with merit certificates and a cash prize as a token of reward. Along with, the IT department also rewarded those students who has been active for the session who performed splendidly and maintain a form of punctuality by attending the college enthusiastically. Under this felicitation ceremony , there were many more activities to cherish the moment and lighten up the atmosphere. Mentors were there to guide the students for choosing the path that leads to success

Project presentation at AKTU Lucknow under Innovation Gallery on differently able person
Be my eye is platform for the differently abled can get better education by accessing the audio lectures through playlists provided and they can also provide education for others by creating their own audio lectures. This also creates an environment that is accessible through most screen readers and other software that aid the differently abled in accessing the internet. To make users ease of access broad buttons are provided. The user can also save the lectures to their own playlists according to their preferences for future reference.

Workshop for Student’s Career Counselling for Prospective Placements
With a motive to enhance the employability skills of the students, AKTU, Lucknow organized career counselling session in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida. Shri Dinesh Pathak (Senior journalist and renowned career counselor) motivated the students to enhance their confidence level and impart flexibility by acquiring additional knowledge through online courses. He emphasized the need of self-motivation among students and suggested methods to boost their self-confidence. The session was attended by more than 350 students of Mechanical and Civil Engineering students. The energy among the students was evident through their queries during and after the session. This program will have deep impact on the thinking process of students about their career prospects. The institute would like to organize more of such programs in future. Dr. Manas Kumar Mishra, Director GLBITM reiterated the need of self-motivation among the students and offered support from institute for such programs in future.
