The Research and Development (R&D) Cell of GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management (GLBITM), Greater Noida successfully organized an “Innovation & Research Exchange Session” on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the R&D Cell, AB-1.
The keynote session was delivered by Mr. Aninda Bose, Springer Nature, London, UK, who shared valuable insights on emerging trends in innovation, research, and global publication opportunities. During the interactive session, he discussed best practices for conducting high-impact research, selecting appropriate journals, improving manuscript quality, and enhancing the visibility of scholarly work.
Mr. Bose also highlighted various opportunities for faculty members and researchers to publish their work in reputed international journals and emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and research ethics.
The session was attended by academic heads and faculty members from various departments, who actively participated in the discussion and sought guidance on strengthening the institute’s research ecosystem.
