Two Days STARTUP BOOTCAMP Programme

GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management in association with Start-In-UP, Government of Uttar Pradesh (an Ecosystem partner) successfully organized the Two Days “STARTUP BOOTCAMP” programme. The objective of this boot camp was to develop Entrepreneurial culture among the technocrats through the hands-on practices of idea pitching which will create a framework in their mind on ideation, innovation, and startup. The workshop not only energized the young mind about the pitching of the business idea but also motivated them for a startup. 16th April, Day 1 of Startup Boot Camp was started with the welcome speech and introduction by Dr. S.S.Chauhan - Convenor(EDC). Honorable Director - Dr. Rajeev Agrawal. The first session was started with the knowledge and experience sharing by Prof. A.K.Khare (Ex-Pro VC, AKTU Lucknow) on the topic “Idea validation, Pitch deck creation”. The session further proceeds for Pitching Session by Mr. Nitin Lahoti (Manager Innovation Management in RKVY RAFTAA CCS National Institute of Agricultural Marketing, Jaipur). Mr. Tushar Srivastava (Innovation Evangelist, IPR) gave insights on types of pitching and the importance of IPR during the pitching presentation. On day 1, students came to know about all the aspects of ideation i.e., from idea creation to pitching and how to protect their idea. The session ended with the vote of thanks by Dr. Shradha Gupta, Convener-IIC, GLBITM. The entire program was broadcasted by the TEN news channel
