Session on Business Model Canvas

Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management Greater Noida on occasion of National Technology Day has organized a Session on Business Model Canvas (BMC) dated 11th May, 2022, Time 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Total 50 participants attended the event. Mr. Yash started the session by introducing the nine-block business model i.e., Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationship, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Partners, Key activities and Cost Structure. BMC is a key strategy that assists in the systematic accomplishment of business objectives. He provided practical examples to demonstrate the functions and tools utilised in each block. Mr. Yash Sharma, Project Manager, Business Team, TechEagle who is also alumni of GLBITM urged everyone to take a systematic approach to realising their goals of starting their own businesses. It was a really interactive session. The session ended with a Q&A session, allowing the participants to clarify their doubts about the BMC model.
