One Day Seminar on Leader versus Boss - Skills to Bring Out the Best of Both

For the development of an organization, all kinds of employees are required. Sometimes, we need to be a leader to motivate and inspire our fellow colleagues, and boss on the other to meet the defined timelines. We often remain confused between these two terms and tend to use them interchangeably, but they’re not the same. A boss is a specific title and position while the leaders, on the other hand, pave a path for their team to follow. Leaders stand with their team and set an example to inspire action, not demand it. They provide support and focus on developing the skills needed to achieve objectives, rather than just focusing on the outcome.

In this regard, Centre for Innovation in Learning and Development (CILD), GL Bajaj ITM Greater Noida organized a seminar on “Leader versus Boss: Skills to Bring Out the Best of Both” dated 27th Aug. 2022. A huge no. of faculty members, i.e., 159 attended the program.
