MOU between Indian Road Safety Campaign, Solve and Robert Bosch Engineering and GL Bajaj

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING between Indian Road Safety Campaign, Solve and Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions (P) Ltd,and G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Gr.Noida

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is made on 03.05.2019 by and between Indian Road Safety Campaign, Solve and Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions (P) Ltd, and G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Gr.Noid where Indian Road Safety Campaign, Solve, a youth-led organization in India, Indian Road Safety Campaign, Solve is currently registered as the road safety project of Solve, a not for profit trust formed by students and the alumni of IIT Delhi to "solve" the problems plaguing the Indian ecosystem on ground-level.

And Robert Bosch Engineering And Business Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at, No.123, Industrial Layout, Hosur Road, Koramangala, Bangalore 560 095, Karnataka, India(hereinafter called "RBEI” which expression shall mean and include its representatives, successors in interest and assigns); And G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management,having its registered college at Plot No: 2, Knowledge Park III, Gr.Noida, UP.

Objective: The objective of this agreement is to mutually agree to engage in Road safety programs & activities as per the decided agenda. The G.L Bajaj ITM will be playing the role of a RBEI - IRSC College Chapter for session 2019

This second MOU was signed by Mr.Guruprasad,Vice-President-Health Care,RBEI and Vice Chairman Mr.Pankaj Agarwal of G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management

Duration of MOU- 1 Year

Member’s present during the Signing of MOU were Prof Manju Khatri Director Training & Placement , Dr.Rajeev Agrawal Director G.L.Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management , Mr Anil Khatri Vice President Industry Academia and students of B.Tech.
