Joining of Bulk Material through Microwave Energy

The program was started with the welcome of Prof. Pradeep Kumar. Prof. Rajeev Agrawal, Director GLBITM honored him by presenting a sampling. Mr. Avdhesh Tyagi read the brief profile of Prof. Pradeep Kumar and requested him to start the lecture. Prof. Pradeep started the lecture with brief introduction of conventional joining methods and explained about Electromagnetic waves, Microwaves, Microwave heating and joining of similar and dissimilar materials.

There was a fruitful question-answering session between faculty members of Mechanical Engineering Department and Prof. Pradeep Kumar at the end of lecture. At the end of the program, Prof. Satish Chand presented a memento to Prof. Pradeep Kumar.
