Field/Exposure Visit to Pre-incubation unit of GLBCRI

Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) in association with GLBCRI, GLBITM organized a “Field Visit to Pre-incubation unit of GLBCRI” on 9th January 2024 and 10th January 2024. The GLBCRI Pre-incubation unit fosters innovation and entrepreneurship by converting and translating technological ideas and creativity in diverse fields of science and engineering into products, processes, and services for revenue generation and benefiting society. The aim of the event is to encourage innovation, research, and entrepreneurship and to provide learners with practical knowledge about innovation design and incubation, as well as to enhance the design thinking processes. Total 45 students along with 4 faculties participated in the visit. The incubation visit gives insights into business possibilities, motivation for achievement, technological orientation, entrepreneurial characteristics and market analysis. It builds technical expertise among the students to equip them to build practical solutions for real-time problems, along with an industry or by themselves. Overall the event was very beneficial to the participants.
