Event Name: Q2 FinXthon Hackathon
The Department of Information Technology and Training & Placement, in collaboration with Q2 Software, organized a two-day Hackathon on November 29th- 30th, 2023. This hackathon was based on a Fintech theme named "FINXTHON—Break the Financial Pattern." The Department of Information Technology was thrilled to host this event with the backing of both the college and Q2 Company. The turnout was remarkable, bringing together climate innovators from diverse sectors such as the investor community, academia, the public sector, entrepreneurs, and enterprises. A total of 75 teams from different universities/colleges were registered and participated in the first round held on 29th November 2023. Out of them, only 22 teams have been short-listed for the next day's round. On 30th November 2023, out of the 22 teams, 3 teams emerged as winners. Details of the winners are given below:
