TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute

57 students of B.Tech, III year, Mechanical Engineering have visited TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute, Gual Pahari, Gurgaon Faridabad Road, Gurgaon, Haryana on 29 Sep, 2018. Students were accompanied by 4 faculty members 1. Dr. Sumit Tiwari, 2. Mr. Nagendra Kumar Maurya 3. Mr. Ashish Kr.Singh 4. Dr. Paramjeet Singh. There students have interacted with TERI Experts and discussed about the new technologies in the field of design and renewable energy recourses. TERI is a research institute based in New Delhi that conducts research work in the fields of energy, environment and sustainable development. It was established in 1974, it was formerly known as Tata Energy and Research Institute. The students were able to understand the scope of the organization’s activities includes climate change, energy efficiency, renewable energy, biotechnology, and social transformation.
