Department of MCA organized an event FUTURE EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS

Department of MCA, G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida organized an event “FUTURE EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS” on Saturday 24 July, 2021.
The Speakers for the webinar will be *Ms. Chetna Sabharwal,* and *Mr. Chetan khurana.*
Ms. Chetna Sabharwal is an Educational Psychologist who will address the topics of future employability and skills required. _She is the director at Skills Reform Pvt. Ltd. and the founder of Bass Ek Raah The UCLA certified Life Coach holds Business Leader Award 2021 - under 50 by Business Mint as well as 111 Power Women Award 2021 among other prominent awards.
Event started by formally welcoming the speakers and guest by Ms Shivani Singh. Then Dr. Madhu. S. Gaur welcomed the speaker Ms. Chetna Sabharwal.
She delivered very informative and wonderful session on future aspect of employability after this pandemic. She started with the future of work after Covid-19 as the pandemic accelerated existing trends in remote work, e-commerce and automation. So, more than 25% workers need to switch their occupation. Then she discussed the employability Quotient and Brain computer Interaction.
She also focused on Employability Skills in every field. She solved the queries raised by students and faculty members. Overall, the session was informative and beneficial for the students for employability.
