Workshop on Financial Literacy was organized by the Department of CSE

A special workshop on “Financial Literacy” was organized by the Department of CSE, GLBITM. The workshop was headed by Dr. Narendra Singh Bohra, certified resource person of CDSL. The workshop was held on 23 September 2021 from 12 PM to 2 PM in online mode. This 2-hour workshop was aimed to make students aware about some of the very essential financial concepts. The event was briefed by students of CSE department to the audience. Then our speaker and guest for the day Dr. Narendra Singh Bohra took the stage and share the knowledge with students on topics such as – Investments in IPO, how to buy and sell shares and how to get started. Thereafter query session was held from 1:40 PM to 2:00 PM. The session was very beneficial for the young learners and even for the faculties. Students participated with great energy. The session was ended by a Vote of thanks from the Head of the Department.
